Supportive Mothering 

Learn positive parenting skills, figure out your triggers and develop practical tools to handle emotions and enhance the relationship with your child. 

Sept 4th Weds 10-noon (16 Sessions) 


Hero’s Journey 

For children (ages 8-12) who have been exposed to domestic violence. A unique approach and activities to build on each child’s abilities and resiliency.

Taking Flight 

Have you experienced abuse in your relationship? Explore the impacts of abuse, develop a safety plan, and build a support network. Topics include shame, guilt, anger, barriers, healthy relationships, boundaries & more.

Self Esteem 

Identify and build upon your unique gifts and abilities by learning how to understand and believe in the wonderful person that you are.

My Journey To Self 

Challenging yourself to unearth your inner strength and resiliency by taking an introspective journey into you, through the use of activity-based games, art and guided imagery.

Rebuilding a Healthy Me 

Having an awareness of your mind, body, spirit connection can help manage your emotions. Explore tools and strategies to help achieve emotional wellness.

Women’s Wellness 

Learn to balance a healthy mind with a healthy body, by exploring the impacts of stress and creating new and more effective ways to manage.
