For children (ages 8-12) who have been exposed to domestic violence. A unique approach and activities to build on each child’s abilities and resiliency.

Have you experienced abuse in your relationship? Explore the impacts of abuse, develop a safety plan, and build a support network. Topics include shame, guilt, anger, barriers, healthy relationships, boundaries & more.

Identify and build upon your unique gifts and abilities by learning how to understand and believe in the wonderful person that you are.

Challenging yourself to unearth your inner strength and resiliency by taking an introspective journey into you, through the use of activity-based games, art and guided imagery.
