This will be a great weekend focused on the overall well-being of a woman. Mind, body and soul. There will be guest speakers, vendors that are female entrepreneurs and female lead workshops. There will be 3 workshops each day. One that physically moves you, one that allows you to make something and bring it home and one that educates you on your well-being.

Support the Hamilton Fitness Community Fundraiser
March 13-14, 2021

Near and far, together we're friends and family in fitness!

Hamilton Fitness Community (HFC) is a group fitness community fostering friends and family, both near and far to find their joy in fitness. Together, we show up to take care of our health so we can be patient, kind and loving towards others. Our Core Values (our superpowers!) are loving, giving, inspiring, hopeful and living.

We empower our members to stay strong and embrace this journey. During COVID-19, we connect online, staying safe and healthy at home. Our long-term vision is to connect in a hybrid model, both online and in person, when it is safe to do so again.

Hamilton Fitness Community’s story began in the 1980’s with Friends in Fitness. When this gym’s doors closed, a group of women stayed together and became their own friends and family in fitness, working out weekly at local churches. Fast forward 20 years, these strong women are still together as Hamilton Fitness Community!

Hamilton Fitness Community stands with Interval House of Hamilton’s (IHOH) mission: violence-free lives for all women, children and communities.

Event Information:

HFC members will be participating in the Race for a Vaccine on March 13-14, 2021 to raise funds and awareness for IHOH. All proceeds raised will go directly to the Interval House of Hamilton.

We will be walking, wheeling, and running loops around the Bayfront Waterfront Paved 1.5km Trail. Members will be participating in various distances from 1.5km to 19km! Kat Clewley, HFC owner, will be running 24 hours.
